Slover Library Chess Club In-Person

Slover Chess, run by the Hampton Roads Chess Association, is funded by the City of Norfolk through a PICC grant. As a result, the program is now exclusively open to youth ages 7-18. Priority registration goes to students who live in or attend school in Norfolk, who are not already in another HRCA program. Youth outside of this criteria are welcome to join the waitlist and will be admitted only if space is available.
