Essence of Heart and Soul Festival In-Person
Join us for the third annual Essence of Heart and Soul Festival. We are partnering with Literature and Libations, Tidewater Waves, Made in Norfolk, and the Virginia African American Cultural Center to celebrate Black art, music, and literature. Enjoy a variety of programs such as panel discussions, performances, art galleries, workshops, and story times to celebrate Black History Month.
